We can't wait to host our first "performance" of the 9 weeks! We will be hosting our very first "Coffee-Shop Style" Virtual Evening of Entertainment (EOE)! The livestream will take place on October 6 at 7pm! Auditioned student performer video's as well as our Virtual Acapella group will perform.  In order to tune in, we are requesting a $6 donation in order to gain access to our link. Usually, EOE serves as a fundraising activity for the Choir Boosters to help offset costs for the Choir Program. Normally, admission is $5 at the door per person, so this is a steal from the comfort of your home! If you wish to donate more, you may absolutely do that as well.

Choir students have been hard at work preparing for NC Large Ensemble MPA--Music Performance Adjudications--which auditioned choirs will participate in next month. Leading up to MPA, all three CRHS choirs will perform in a Pre-MPA Concert on Tuesday, February 25 in the CRHS Auditorium at 7:00pm. Our auditioned choirs will receive a 15 minute clinic after their performance from Dr. Nathan Leaf, of NC State University and Jeremy Tucker, Director of K-12 Arts Education for Durham Public Schools.
Tickets are $5 at the door; seniors 60 and over, children 13 and under, and Orange County Schools employees enjoy free admission.  BunRaiser Order Form Link
The choirs are selling freshly baked cinnamon buns from Tobi’s Bakery in Hillsborough. The buns are made from scratch yeast dough filled with mouthwatering cinnamon and brown sugar filling, using local organic flour as well as local milk and eggs. Eat them fresh or freeze them for a special occasion! $15 for 6. All orders must be prepaid in cash or check.
