Auditioned Choir Intro Day 2017

Hope you all have had a great summer! We are hitting the ground running with 
Auditioned Choir Intro Day on Monday, August 21 for students in upper level choirs.
Below is the schedule and assignments for our Pot Luck style lunch!
Note: Use the side door to enter the choir room from the bus parking lot 

9:30- 12:00 - Sotto Voce -Choir Room- G118
12:00- 12:30- Set Up Cafeteria/Bring in Food
12:30- 1:30- Potluck (Both Choirs)
            Seniors- Main Dish
            Juniors- Side Items
            Sophomores- Dessert (Sotto) - Drinks (Chamber)
            Freshmen- Plates, Cups, Utensils
1:30-2:00- Clean Up Cafeteria
2:00-4:30- Chamber Ensemble- Choir Room- G118

Please respond to the email sent to your school email with what you plan to bring. 
We encourage parents to attend.
