Choral Intro Day 2016

Hope you all have had a great summer! We are hitting the ground running with 
Choir Intro Day on Thursday, August 18 for students in upper level choirs.
Below is the schedule and assignments for our Pot Luck style lunch!
Note: Use the side door to enter the choir room from the bus parking lot 

9:00- 11:30 - Sotto Voce -Choir Room- G118
11:30- Noon- Set Up Cafeteria/Bring in Food
Noon- 1:00- Potluck (Both Choirs)
            Seniors- Main Dish
            Juniors- Side Items
            Sophomores- Dessert (Sotto) - Drinks (Chamber)
            Freshmen- Plates, Cups, Utensils
1:00-2:00- Trip Info for Parents and Students
2:00-2:30- Clean Up Cafeteria
2:30-5:00- Chamber Ensemble- Choir Room- G118

Please respond to the email sent to your school email with how many we expect to have for lunch, including family members. We encourage parents to attend.
